Due to continued growth we’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused Events Coordinator to join our Marketing Communications team in Elland.
This role will support the planning and delivery of our external and internal events programme, from industry conferences and trade shows to client round tables, webinars and internal engagement activities.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing and various departments across the business, you’ll coordinate event logistics, work with organisers and suppliers, support promotional campaigns, and help bring event content to life before, during and after each event.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating events, trade shows, webinars and client activities from planning through to follow-up.
- Managing event timelines, logistics, suppliers, attendee communications and materials.
- Supporting impactful pre- and post-event marketing campaigns.
- Helping capture and share event content, success stories and social media activity.
- Supporting internal communications, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Tracking attendance, leads, and event performance to demonstrate impact.
- What We Are Looking For
- Experience in marketing, administration or events is desirable
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality events and experiences
- Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, clients and external suppliers Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Familiarity with Share Point, Teams/Zoom, CRM or event registration platforms is a plus
