Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are inviting applications for the position of Contracts Manager within our Health & Accommodation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and oversee passive fire protection projects from mobilisation through to completion
  • Lead and support site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and attend progress meetings
  • Monitor project performance, programme delivery, and commercial targets
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments including Commercial, Compliance, and Operations
  • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and project records are maintained

  • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Management role
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS Management Card, First Aid at Work
  • Passive fire protection experience in either compartmentation or fire doors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
