As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and experienced SHE Advisor to support and promote a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.

As our SHE Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation while supporting operational teams across multiple sites and projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide practical SHE advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and recommendations
  • Support the development and implementation of SHE policies and procedures
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions
  • Monitor compliance with UK health & safety legislation and company standards
  • Assist with environmental and sustainability initiatives
  • Maintain accurate SHE records and documentation
  • Promote a strong culture of continuous improvement and safe working practices

About You

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • Previous experience in a SHE or Health & Safety Advisor role
  • Knowledge and understanding of 45001, 9001 & 14001
  • CSCS Card
  • Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
  • Experience within construction, fire safety, or engineering environments is advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence
