Due to securing several new projects, we are hiring for a Site Supervisor to join our operations team.
As our Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all fire protection works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will act as the key point of contact on-site, coordinating teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and coordinate site-based fire protection works (e.g., fire stopping, passive fire protection, fire doors)
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and materials
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within fire protection or construction
- Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and regulations
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- FIRAS accreditation or similar
- First Aid certification
- Experience of working on commercial or residential projects
- Full UK Driving Licence
