Due to continued growth and the successful award of new contracts, we are looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting the mobilisation and delivery of projects across the UK.
Working closely with operational teams, clients, and stakeholders, you'll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standards.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating programmes and supporting the delivery of projects across the Education & Property Team.
- Managing and processing a high-volume of security clearance checks, including BPSS and Security Clearance (SC) applications.
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and third parties to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is completed in line with company procedures.
- Providing administrative and operational support to ensure programmes run efficiently.
- What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Have strong attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive documentation and clearance applications.
- Be confident communicating with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
- Previous experience managing security vetting processes, including BPSS and SC clearance applications is desirable.
- Working Hours
The role will initially be based on standard office hours.
As the programme develops, it is anticipated that the position will transition to a twilight shift (2:00pm–10:00pm).
Due to the nature of the role, there will also be a requirement for occasional weekend working to support operational and client requirements.
Flexibility to accommodate these working patterns is essential.
