Responsibilities
- Coordinating programmes and supporting the delivery of projects across the Education & Property Team.
- Managing and processing a high‑volume of security clearance checks, including BPSS and Security Clearance (SC) applications.
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and third parties to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is completed in line with company procedures.
- Providing administrative and operational support to ensure programmes run efficiently.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive documentation and clearance applications.
- Confident communication with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
- Previous experience managing security vetting processes, including BPSS and SC clearance applications, is desirable.
- Working Hours
The role will initially be based on standard office hours.
As the programme develops, it is anticipated that the position will transition to a twilight shift (2:00pm‑10:00pm).
Due to the nature of the role, there will also be requirements for occasional weekend working to support operational and client obligations.
Flexibility to accommodate these working patterns is essential.
