We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across Northern Europe (NEUR) for our Application Security (AppSec) solutions. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth, accelerating deal velocity, and increasing brand awareness among enterprise and mid‑market customers. You will work closely with regional sales, partners, and global marketing teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns tailored to technically sophisticated audiences, including CISOs, DevSecOps leaders, and developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Strategy & Planning
    • Own the NEUR regional marketing strategy aligned with global AppSec priorities and revenue goals
    • Translate global campaigns into regionally relevant programs across UKI, Netherlands and Nordics
    • Segment markets and prioritize accounts based on ICP, maturity, and opportunity size
  • Pipeline Generation
    • Own regional marketing‑sourced pipeline targets aligned to revenue goals
    • Build and execute programs that generate qualified pipeline across priority segments (enterprise, mid‑market, strategic accounts)
    • Drive consistent top‑of‑funnel volume through integrated campaigns (digital, events, content syndication, paid media)
    • Understand and own pipeline targets and gaps
    • Ensure clear handoff of MQL → SQL and ownership of lead conversion and deal progression
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Expansion
    • Design and execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (ABM, digital, content syndication, paid media)
    • Drive high‑quality pipeline in partnership with sales, focusing on target accounts and strategic deals
    • Optimize marketing funnel performance using data‑driven insights and continuous testing
  • Account‑Based & Enterprise Marketing
    • Lead Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for top‑tier enterprise accounts
    • Partner with sales to develop account‑specific engagement plans and personalized campaigns
    • Support deal acceleration through tailored content, executive engagement, and field programs
  • Field Marketing & Events
    • Plan and execute regional and local events (industry conferences, roundtables, executive dinners, webinars)
    • Represent the company at key cybersecurity and developer‑focused events across NEUR
    • Ensure strong pre‑ and post‑event engagement to maximize pipeline contribution
  • Content Localization & Messaging
    • Adapt global AppSec messaging for Northern European audiences with high technical expectations
    • Collaborate with product marketing to refine positioning for DevSecOps and security buyers
    • Support development of regional case studies, customer advocacy, and thought leadership
  • Sales & Partner Alignment
    • Act as a trusted marketing partner to regional sales leaders
    • Enable channel and technology partners with co‑marketing campaigns and MDF programs
    • Align closely with SDR teams to ensure effective lead follow‑up and conversion
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI across NEUR
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to regional and global stakeholders
    • Use data to refine targeting, messaging and channel effectiveness
Requirements

Experience

  • 3‑5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, application security, or DevSecOps
  • Proven experience managing regional or field marketing in Northern Europe
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and supporting enterprise sales cycles

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IT Security
  • Expertise in demand generation, ABM and integrated campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration

Languages

  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Additional languages are a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in high‑growth SaaS or cybersecurity vendors
  • Familiarity with developer ecosystems and tooling
  • Background in partner/channel marketing
