We are looking for a dynamic and proactive marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and is passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Regional Marketing Strategy – Own all marketing efforts in the NEUR region, aligning with the sales team to support pipeline growth and business objectives.
- Integrated Campaigns – Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns tailored to target audiences, personas, and industries.
- Event Management – Lead digital, virtual, and in-person events (trade shows, user groups, and hospitality), ensuring ROI and pipeline generation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Maintain close communication with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Channel and other stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure alignment.
- Partner Marketing – Oversee partner marketing activities and develop joint campaigns with channel partners.
- Content & PR – Localise content and drive regional PR and social media in collaboration with Corporate Marketing.
- Lead Management – Ensure SDR teams follow up on leads promptly and accurately post-marketing activities.
- Budget & Performance – Manage the regional marketing budget, track KPIs/ROI, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Vendor Management – Research, select, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers as needed.
- Digital Marketing – Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to maximise ROI on regional digital spend.
Qualifications
- Native English (additional languages are a plus).
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT security or software solutions.
- Experience in digital marketing and ABM is a distinct advantage.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel campaign execution, especially events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable using Salesforce and automation tools like HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for industry events, trade shows, and regional meetings.
