Hybrid role, 3 days in our Fleet office.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage the CAM Sensor Swap Program
- Handle pick, pack, ship activities for self-swap customers
- Quoting customers
- Arranging calibration of sensors
- Administer Small Works requests and manage fulfilment.
- Process orders won to Small Works Projects
- Providing customer updates
- Ordering parts via Salesforce
- Ensure all relevant information is gathered for Svc Del handover
- Shipping
- Calibration Certificate Uploads
- Uploading calibration certificates to the customer portal
- Covering Stores
- Covering stores duties as required due to sickness / annual leave etc.

- Experience in customer facing or service-delivery roles
- Ideally some experience with logistics or technical administration
- Highly organised, and detail-focused
- Ability to maintain accurate records
