The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, resourceful and digitally confident Partner Relations Executive to help manage and develop our property portfolio across Checkin Apartments. This is a varied, hands-on role combining property content, partner relationships, digital systems, rates management, marketing coordination and operational support.

You will be responsible for ensuring our property information, rates and booking terms are accurate, engaging and consistently maintained across all relevant channels, including our website, CRM, booking platforms, property portals and bedbanks.

Working closely with our property partners, you will coordinate property information, imagery, commercial updates and promotional opportunities, helping ensure Checkin Apartments has high-quality content and strong supplier relationships that support our clients and commercial growth.

You will also play an active role in visiting properties, attending viewings and FAM trips, capturing content for marketing and social media, and identifying opportunities to improve our property listings, processes and partner relationships.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is confident working across multiple systems and platforms, and takes a proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and getting things done efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the accuracy and quality of property listings across Checkin Apartments' digital channels.
  • Manage property listings across the website, CRM, portals and other channels.
  • Create and update property and location pages.
  • Ensure property information, imagery, amenities, booking terms and content are accurate and consistent.
  • Manage and update rates and availability through property bedbanks and relevant distribution systems.
  • Proactively identify and fix missing, outdated or inaccurate information.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our accommodation partners and preferred suppliers.
  • Coordinate property content, imagery and updates with accommodation partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with preferred suppliers.
  • Follow up on booking terms, promotions and commercial opportunities.
  • Encourage partners to support marketing activity, including newsletters and campaigns.
  • Support partner onboarding, agreements, checklists and reviews.
  • Regularly support property visits and viewings across London and occasionally further afield.
  • Arrange and attend property viewings, FAM trips and occasional industry events.
  • Capture photos and video content for social media, marketing and property listings.
  • Provide support across selected account management and administrative activities.
  • Organise documentation, agreements, onboarding and internal processes.
  • Ensure actions are followed through efficiently.

Requirements

  • Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple properties, projects, deadlines and relationships while maintaining accurate property information, rates and booking terms.
  • Digitally confident, with experience using CRM systems, website CMS platforms, databases and other digital tools.
  • Proactive, resourceful and commercially minded, able to spot problems and opportunities, find efficient solutions and identify ways to generate additional value from partner relationships.
  • Naturally curious and market-aware, interested in understanding our industry, monitoring competitors and carrying out market research.
  • Sharp-eyed and analytical, able to spot inaccuracies, gaps or inconsistencies in competitor websites and accommodation information.
  • A strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and content-minded, comfortable capturing and editing photography and video for property listings, marketing and social media.
  • Independent and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities, take ownership and work effectively without needing detailed instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with experience in travel, hospitality, property, serviced apartments, marketing or accommodation distribution preferred.
  • Comfortable being out and about, attending property visits, partner meetings, FAM trips and occasional industry events.
  • Interested in digital content and SEO, with an understanding of website optimisation, social media and online customer journeys an advantage.
