Role: Regional Sales Manager (Territory – Midlands) Salary Range: circa.£45,000 – £50,000 per year + Company Car + Bonus (up to 25%) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Home-based with travel around your territory as required Territory: Buckinghamshire up to Derbyshire Note: This is a home-based role, but the successful candidate must be able to easily travel around their territory, so ideally for this one within or close the Midlands. What an Opportunity! The Company: Our client is a prominent leader in the manufacturing sector, operating in over 150 countries with a global group turnover of approximately £300 million. They specialise in supplying high-quality chemicals and consumables across diverse sectors, including Metals, Composites, Automotive, Transportation, Engineering, Food, and Industrial. The company is committed to innovation and growth, focusing on increasing UK turnover by 300-400% in the next 5 years. The Role: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our client’s extensive portfolio of products to a wide range of clients across various channels, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, OEMs, and end-users. .Key Responsibilities: Develop New Business: Utilise a solution-led approach to create new business opportunities across your defined territory, working independently or alongside your Internal Sales Executive based at the head office. Account Management: Manage your existing customer database while introducing new products from our expanding range. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced sales team at one of the UK’s market leaders. With a collaborative approach to solution-led sales and a commitment to continuous development, our client are looking for a high-quality individual to join their team. A demonstrable technical knowledge base and proven sales experience are essential. Knowledge of chemicals, technical consumables, engineered products, adhesives, resins, polymers, and paints will be advantageous. Their ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, with a desire to win and succeed, leading to sustainable long-term profit growth. Training & Development: You will receive ongoing product training in all aspects of technical sales from our experienced specialists. The Benefits: Basic salary of circa.£43,000 – £50,000, dependent on relevant experience. Company car included. Bonus structure – up to 25% per annum. Quarterly sales incentives. Pension scheme. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. 4x Life assurance. Workign Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. Experience: Technical knowledge; any related background in metal products, phosphates, chemicals, composites, polymers, or paints would be beneficial but not essential. Field sales experience preferred. Sales experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering setting is advantageous. Familiarity with chemicals, technical consumables, engineered products, adhesives, resins, polymers, and paints is also beneficial. Work Location: Home-based with travel as required to visit clients.
