Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance at our clients West Midlands office 2-4 days per month, with travel to visit clients across the UK as required for the remainder of the month.

Are you an ambitious Key Account Manager or Sales Manager who excels at building lasting relationships and achieving outstanding results? Our client, a well-regarded manufacturer in the industrial components field, is looking for a talented Key Account Manager to strengthen their dynamic team.

This role is primarily home-based, reporting directly to the European Sales Director, allowing for significant flexibility while maintaining essential client and colleague interactions.

As the Key Account Manager, your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Driving revenue growth and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of established manufacturing company accounts.
  • Seeking out new opportunities within high growth accounts.
  • Increasing revenue and profitability by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts while consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Leading annual financial and business negotiations to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Managing the execution of new projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Identifying and addressing client needs, coordinating effectively with relevant internal teams.
  • Extensive experience within competitive industrial components environments.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus
