The Role
Are you a strategic and inspiring HR leader with a strong background in the automotive components manufacturing industry? Here's a fantastic opportunity to lead HR at a well-established tier one automotive components supplier with around 400 employees across multiple sites. You'll be a key member of the UK Senior Management Team, driving HR strategy and operations at the main Warwickshire facility while supporting other production sites as needed. Leading a passionate HR team, you'll create a supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused environment that empowers employees and fuels the company's ongoing success in a highly competitive sector. This role is targeted to have the successful candidate in place by the end of Q4 or early Q1, allowing for any potential notice periods. This timing ensures you can hit the ground running and make a real impact as the business continues to grow and innovate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver forward-thinking HR strategies that align closely with business goals and prepare the workforce for future challenges in automotive manufacturing.

Your Background
- Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally within tier one automotive components manufacturing or a closely related engineering/manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire HR teams, delivering results in employee engagement, talent management, and organisational culture.
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on experience implementing change and driving continuous improvement.
- Demonstrable success in managing complex employee relations issues with tact and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, comfortable working at senior management levels and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing and delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives that enhance organisational culture.
- Full driving licence essential to support multi-site responsibilities.
