Our client is seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing commercial accounts and assisting in the growth of the Medical Malpractice Professional Indemnity Account. You will contribute to the achievement of departmental financial and service targets through client relationship management, account administration, policy negotiation, and client/insurer interaction.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring premium income contributes to meeting individual and departmental financial targets.
- Proactively contact prospective clients to offer Professional Indemnity insurance and policy extensions.
- Keep up to date with industry news and developments to ensure your technical knowledge is current.
