The Ideal Candidate
- Apprentice-trained or qualified to Level 3 or above (HNC, City & Guilds or equivalent), with years of hands-on experience under your belt.
- At home diagnosing faults on both the mechanical and electrical side — no bias needed, you're happy working across both.
- Familiar with the demands of a busy production environment, where downtime matters and quick, sensible decisions count.
- Someone who spots the small issues before they become big breakdowns, and takes pride in doing things right first time.
- Comfortable following safe isolation and permit-to-work procedures without cutting corners.
