You\'ll bring clarity, consistency and care to how we work, so our platform can grow with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-impact leadership to a growing team of Associate Managers and Trust & Safety Associates.
  • Spotting ways to improve onboarding, retention and issue resolution using data, tech and people-first thinking.
  • Collaborating with Product, Ops, Vetting and more to create scalable, smart ways of working.
  • Making sure every trader\'s experience with Checkatrade, especially in their first steps, is smooth, supportive and sets them up for success.

What you\'ll bring

  • Experience (or eagerness to learn) in operational leadership, onboarding journeys or customer service.
  • A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems.
  • Confidence with data and systems or a drive to dig in and get familiar fast.
