- Vetting and verifying tradespeople to ensure only high-quality, trustworthy professionals join the platform.
- Delivering a fair, efficient, and customer-focused review process that drives confidence for homeowners and trades alike.
- Spotting ways to improve our Trust & Safety processes and putting ideas into action.
- Collaborating with Customer Support, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to solve problems and improve outcomes.
- Investigating risks, identifying patterns, and helping protect the integrity of the marketplace.
- Making sure every interaction leaves customers and tradespeople feeling confident in Checkatrade.
