As a Credit Control Admin Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our credit control operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of administrative tasks. You will be a key player in maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for process ownership and a commitment to supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Omni-Channel Administration: Take full ownership of administrative tasks across all communication channels, ensuring compliance with SLAs, including making outbound calls to tradespeople.
- Cancellations Process: Manage end-to-end cancellations, strategically staggering cancellations to ensure they are completed efficiently before the end of each month.
- Call Listening and Reporting: Oversee the call listening process, promptly reporting on issues or trends identified by the Collections Associates.
- Fee Waivers: Take ownership of the fee waiver process, completing all requests within the required timescales.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle Solaris disputes, ensuring they are investigated and responded to within the given time frames.
- Liaise with Sales: Cross-reference returning trades to establish if they have previous debt and advise account managers accordingly.
- Daily Case Management: Handle and upload the daily stage cases after receiving the daily file from billing, collaborating with billing to ensure timely progression of cases.
- On-Hold Process: Own the “On-Hold” tank and ensure consistent adherence across the department so trades are not left out of automation longer than is appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a credit control or finance environment.
- A clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence and guide others effectively.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and proactively manage workload.
- Experience in calibrating standards, identifying areas for improvement, and leveraging subject matter expertise to support a team.
