Checkatrade is seeking an Operations Coordinator on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will bridge Checkatrade with BPO partners, manage forecasting, reporting and quality frameworks, and lead ongoing operational processes to ensure continuity while the incumbent is away.
You will maintain QA frameworks and Tableau dashboards, build SOWs with Procurement, and deliver data-driven presentations in weekly reviews to executives.
