Making and receiving calls from existing trade members to resolve payment issues.
Setting up direct debits, processing card payments, and agreeing on realistic payment terms.
Listening carefully, solving problems, and removing barriers to payment, with empathy and a commercial mindset.
Keeping accurate records across systems like Zuora and Salesforce.
Supporting team goals while delivering top-class service that builds trust and gets results.
