Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and management of commercial relationships with key strategic partners, including Private Medical Insurance (PMI), brokers, wellbeing OH providers, and corporate customers to generate new sales growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Raise the company profile within the company benefits and PMI-funded market, including attendance and promotion of Check4Cancer and its services at conferences and similar events.
  • Explore, engage, and develop new business partners across Insured, wellbeing OH, brokers and corporate and SME businesses for both diagnostic and screening propositions.
  • Manage existing PMI relationships ensuring activity is maximised; related opportunities are investigated, and contractual terms achieved. Working with the Head of Commercial Partnerships, SLT and other relevant staff.
  • Identify new strategic relationships to further grow the business or improve service delivery, working with the Operational and Clinical teams.
  • Present to brokers, corporates and insurer sales teams.
  • Negotiate and close client contracts with the input of clinical legal, financial and regulatory experts, as required.

Qualifications

Degree level or equivalent and/or at least 5 years experience in a similar role in the private healthcare sector.
