That means you'll work in technically challenging environments including flour mills, industrial bakeries and large-scale food production facilities, where attention to detail, technical knowledge and professionalism really matter. No two days are the same, and you'll be trusted to use your expertise to identify problems, find solutions and help customers prevent pest issues before they become a bigger problem.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of food manufacturing customers across North/West London, delivering a consistently high standard of pest management and customer service.
  • Carry out scheduled pest inspections, monitoring and treatments.
  • Identify pest activity, risks and potential entry points.
  • Provide customers with practical preventative pest management solutions.
  • Produce accurate digital service reports and technical recommendations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their individual pest management requirements.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance.
  • Work within highly regulated food manufacturing environments.
  • Manage your own workload and appointments effectively.
  • Represent Check Services professionally at every customer site.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a technician who doesn't simply want to tick jobs off a schedule. You should take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems and understand the importance of providing a genuinely outstanding service to customers.

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Pest Control Technician.
  • RSPH Level 2 Award/Certificate or BPCA Level 2 in Pest Management.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving pest issues.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • A professional approach when working with customers.
  • Experience working within food manufacturing or other highly regulated environments would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
