Key Responsibilities
- High volume of customer contacts through phone and email prior to their renewal date to educate on renewal requirements.
- Update and manage your opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
- Work proactively, well in advance of product renewal date, to provide all necessary information, pricing, etc., for a timely renewal.
- Determine potential for growth of current customers using established sales tools, building relationships with Partner Resellers and Distributors, and managing opportunities through calls/emails.
- Understand what you are selling through personal education of products.
- Negotiate pricing with customers and Partner VARs.
- Generate quotes for customers.
- Create/Process orders and follow up until fully executed.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Customer Success, Tech Support) based on customer needs.
- Identify additional growth areas within the customer’s environment and generate leads for other teams as necessary.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
- Self-starter, very organized, and efficient in managing daily tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to support remote team members, customers, and partners.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
- Ability to telework and support a remote team.
