We are now looking for a Sales Engineering Manager – Enterprise & Strategic Accounts to lead a high‑impact presales team supporting our most strategic enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop and inspire a team of highly skilled Sales Engineers supporting strategic & enterprise accounts.
- Act as a leader first, manager second, setting direction, creating engagement, and developing future leaders.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership and Country Management on account strategy, prioritisation, and execution.
- Maintain hands‑on involvement with key customers and partners.
- Serve as a technical and business spokesperson for Check Point—externally with customers and partners, and internally across the organisation.
- Promote and evangelise new and emerging security technologies, including AI‑driven security and exposure management.
- Foster strong collaboration across internal teams including R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Professional Services.
- Build a high‑performance culture grounded in accountability, emotional intelligence, and customer impact.
Note: This role is focused on pre‑sales leadership and technical engagement. Postsales delivery and customer success are owned by dedicated teams.
Qualifications- Proven experience leading presales or technical customer‑facing teams in a cybersecurity or enterprise technology environment.
- Deep cybersecurity background is essential – this role is not suitable for candidates without hands‑on exposure to security technologies or security‑led organisations.
- Experience operating in large enterprise or strategic account environments.
- More leader than administrator – comfortable setting direction, coaching at pace, and leading through influence.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation.
- Confident, forward‑leaning communicator who is comfortable being visible with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Able to adapt quickly and remain calm in a fast‑moving and constantly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
- Strong commercial awareness combined with technical credibility.
- Fluent English required.
