Check Point Software Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic cybersecurity leader to join our Global Field CISO organization, supporting customers and partners across the UK&I and Northern Europe. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, boards, and executive leadership teams, helping organizations strengthen cyber resilience, modernize security operations, and align security strategy with business objectives. You will work closely with customers, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders while representing Check Point at executive briefings, industry events, conferences, and strategic customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to enterprise and strategic customers across the UK&I and Northern Europe.
  • Lead executive-level discussions with CISOs, CIOs, boards, regulators, and senior business leaders.
  • Translate emerging threats, geopolitical developments, AI-driven risks, and industry trends into actionable business guidance.
  • Support strategic customer engagements and help align cybersecurity initiatives with business priorities.
  • Deliver thought leadership through executive briefings, keynotes, webinars, media engagements, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior security executives and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Threat Intelligence, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to help shape product strategy and cybersecurity messaging.
  • Mentor internal teams and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Global Field CISO program.
  • Travel regularly across the region to support customers, partners, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership, advisory, or executive-facing roles.
  • Previous experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, Field CISO, Security Executive, or Senior Security Architect.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including cloud security, cyber resilience, AI-related risks, and emerging threats.
  • Experience engaging with global enterprises and regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Public speaking and thought leadership experience.
  • Existing network within the cybersecurity community is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of the UK&I and Northern European cybersecurity market.
  • Financial Services experience is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCISO are beneficial but not required.
