We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to provide maternity cover within our UK Channel team. The successful candidate will own and develop relationships with a strategic and growth VAR partner across London and covering the South of England. You will drive joint business planning, pipeline generation, and sales enablement activities that deliver measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners, focusing on revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and sales activity and visibility within the partner.
- As part of a team, you will work to enablement goals, and drive marketing activities to increase sales.
- Drive pipeline creation through partner-led demand generation and joint field activities.
- Work closely with Distribution, Marketing, and Channel SE teams to ensure partner enablement and certification goals are met.
- Manage deal registration, margin protection, and commercial alignment within company guidelines.
- Support the Channel Director in Channel related tasks specific to the strategic partner (recruitment for key events, meetings).
- Represent the company at regional partner events, trade shows, and briefings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, channel program rules, and ethical sales standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in a Partner/Channel Sales role in Cybersecurity.
- Proven success in managing VAR relationships.
- Understanding of distribution models, channel programs, and deal registration processes.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and trends.
- Excellent business planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with a commercial mindset and data-driven approach to partner performance.
- Comfortable operating in a matrix environment and collaborating with sales, marketing, and SE teams.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the territory.
