This is a telephone-based B2B role working from home, speaking directly with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers across the UK.
Your objective is to create genuine interest in our services, identify suitable businesses and secure qualified appointments for our specialist team.
ABOUT CHECK CHALLENGE APPEAL Check Challenge Appeal Ltd is a specialist business rates consultancy working with commercial clients throughout the UK.
We help businesses review and challenge their commercial property assessments and business rates liabilities and are continuing to expand our appointment-setting and business development operation.
- THE ROLE As a Remote Appointment Setter / Business Development Consultant, you will:
- Make outbound B2B calls to businesses throughout the UK.
- Speak with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
- Introduce Check Challenge Appeal and explain our services clearly and professionally.
- Identify and qualify suitable prospective clients.
- Generate interest and handle initial objections.
- Arrange qualified appointments for our field-based representatives.
- Accurately update prospect and appointment information within our CRM.
- Work consistently towards agreed appointment and performance targets.
- Follow up prospective clients where required.
CCA provides the systems, business data, CRM, telephone platform, training and ongoing guidance required to carry out the role effectively.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are particularly interested in people with previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, business development, outbound calling or B2B sales.
You should be
- Confident and professional on the telephone.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound B2B calls.
- Able to engage business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Confident handling objections.
- Target-driven and commercially minded.
- Reliable and able to work independently from home.
- Comfortable working within a structured CRM and appointment-setting process.
Previous knowledge of business rates or commercial property is not essential, as full training will be provided.
EARNINGS The consultancy fee is £600 per completed Service Week.
In addition, consultants receive £50 for each Qualifying Deal generated from their appointments.
The performance benchmark is six Qualifying Deals per full Service Week, giving realistic additional commission OTE of approximately £1,200 per month.
Commission is uncapped, so strong performers have the opportunity to earn above this level.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity and applications are welcomed from suitable candidates throughout the UK.
The position is offered on an independent consultancy basis rather than as a salaried employed position, and applicants should be comfortable working under this type of arrangement.
