About The Role
The Dermatology Specialist Nurse will support the delivery of community dermatology services across Loughborough. Responsibilities include:
- Clinical triage of referrals and assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of dermatological conditions such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema.
- Managing a wide range of dermatological cases independently to avoid secondary care referral.
- Supporting day‑to‑day operations of outpatient services across multiple sites, ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient‑centred environment.
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care, support patient education, and contribute to smooth service running.

- Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of dermatological conditions.
- Competence in patient education and chronic disease management.
- Personal indemnity fully covering all patient care under this agreement.
- Evidence and date of most recent appraisal.
