About the Role
The Head of Marketing will lead on the development, creation and execution of a highly effective, creative, and high-impact marketing, communications and engagement strategy that builds CHEC's brand and reputation within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate's focus will be on leading digitally driven marketing strategy, leveraging AI for predictive analytics, personalised content delivery and campaign automation. They will also implement a robust ROI framework supported by real-time performance dashboards and omnichannel engagement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve key marketing KPIs, including engagement, SEO, social media performance, lead generation conversion rates, brand awareness and ROI. Using insights to optimise strategy and drive measurable results.
- Deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organisational and commercial objectives.
- Work with Business Development and Engagement teams to strengthen CHEC's brand and deliver targeted campaigns for service users.
- Introduce innovative, ROI-driven approaches using AI and technology to measure campaign impact via referral tracking.
- Lead the strategic and creative delivery of all marketing and communications, including website, social media, video, PR, brand and corporate publications.
- Develop a clear, compelling brand narrative that showcases CHEC/Clarity's services and achievements to partners, patients, and stakeholders.
- Provide clear leadership to the Marketing Team, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and the agility to respond to changing market conditions.
