Blue Arrow Swansea is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to lead an exciting new pop‑up retail store in Bridgend. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys a fast‑paced retail environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding key KPIs and boosting sales.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team on a daily basis.
- Oversee and control store costs and expenditure.
- Maintain excellent store standards and ensure policies are upheld at all times.
- Manage all back‑office processes in line with Retail Operations Manual and Area Manager guidance, ensuring relevant team members are trained.
- Implement promotional activity in line with head office directives and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- Manage all staffing functions, including rota planning, daily supervision, training, and performance management.
- Ensure full compliance with legislation, Health & Safety policies, and company procedures.
- Carry out required checks and training to ensure all team members work safely and legally.
- Oversee store maintenance needs and ensure repairs are completed promptly.
