Role Description
Cheadle Town FC is seeking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate Junior Coaches at various age groups. Responsibilities include planning and delivering training sessions aligning with our club syllabus. Successful candidates will also lead on match days whilst ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. The Junior Coach will play a key role in the development of players' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in alignment with club values and standards. This is a paid position, with hourly rate TBC at interview.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of football coaching techniques and strategies.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering structured training sessions.
- Ability to motivate players, communicate effectively, and build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Commitment to fostering teamwork, inclusivity, and player development.
- FA Level 1 or equivalent coaching qualification (FA Level 2 preferred).
- FA Safeguarding and First Aid certificate are required.
- Previous experience in youth or community football coaching is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
