Full Year Role 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Salary: £17,672 (£26,509 FTE) per annum

Responsibilities

  • Provide detail‑oriented finance support to ensure smooth delivery of business‑critical payment processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure payments to all suppliers of goods and services (purchase ledger) are processed accurately, efficiently and correctly recorded.
  • Provide regular spend reports to departments.
  • Maintain key information processes and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Support high standards of customer service through effective communication and responsive administrative support to colleagues and suppliers.
