Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for process improvement? Cheadle Hulme School is looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to support data‑led decision making and business development through financial insight. You will also play a key role in improving processes through the use of effective technology.
Reporting to the Technical Finance Manager, you will develop robust financial models and dynamic dashboards which enhance insights for decision makers. You will also support business development opportunities through preparing financial analysis and resource allocation tools. In addition, you will be motivated by digital transformation, identifying and delivering opportunities to improve financial processes.
Alongside this, you will work collaboratively across the school to understand operational drivers and streamline end‑to‑end processes and systems. We are looking for a proactive and curious professional who is part qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or qualified by experience to join the finance team. You will have experience of working with financial data to deliver insight, and experience of using technology to deliver efficiencies.
This job is based on site in Cheadle Hulme, however the working pattern for this role is open to discussion and we welcome applications from candidates interested in full‑time, part‑time or term‑time working arrangements, subject to the needs of the School.
