Estates Supervisor
Permanent | 37.5 hours per week, all year round | Hours variable as per rota
Salary: Β£30,914 FTE
Responsibilities
- Support the Estates team and ensure the School premises are well maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with managing the estates helpdesk and coordinate statutory compliance documentation.
- Help organise contractor activity.
Requirements
- Experience working within an estates, facilities or maintenance environment.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements.
- Previous experience of managing a team is advantageous.
Role Details
This role is on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, all year round. Hours are variable and mutual flexibility is required due to the dynamic school environment and external lettings schedule. Shifts are predominantly 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm, Monday β Friday; some weekend working and morning shifts may be required.
