Salary: £30,914 FTE

Cheadle Hulme School is seeking an organised and dedicated Estates Supervisor to join our busy Estates team. Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will take responsibility for overseeing the Estates team, and ensuring the School premises are well maintained, and to a high standard. This role also includes the management of the estates helpdesk, coordinating statutory compliance documentation, and organising and overseeing contractor activity.

We are looking for someone who has experience working within an estates, facilities or maintenance environment, and has familiarity with compliance requirements. Previous experience of managing a team is advantageous.

This role is required on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, all year round. The hours are variable and mutual flexibility is required, given the dynamic nature of our school environment and external lettings schedule. Shifts will predominantly be 12pm-8pm, Monday – Friday, however some weekend working and morning shifts are required.
