This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in strengthening our alumni community. As Alumni & Events Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our Old Waconians and will help deliver a dynamic programme of alumni communications and events. You will ensure our database is accurate, our events are well organised and our alumni feel connected, informed and valued.

We are looking for someone organised, proactive and personable, with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in community‑building. You will enjoy working in a busy school environment, take pride in delivering high-quality events and communications, and understand the importance of maintaining excellent relationships.
