CHE Intercultural Exchange Ltd is recruiting a full‑time Programme Director to lead planning and delivery of bespoke cultural and educational programmes for visiting children to the UK.

About the organisation: We specialise in homestay and educational programmes, welcoming Japanese school groups to the UK and providing immersive, enriching intercultural experiences and UK-Japan school exchanges.

About the role: This is a challenging, but rewarding management role in the educational tourism sector. As Academic Programmes Manager, you will be responsible for the full end‑to‑end coordination of our Japanese student group programmes — from liaising with schools in Japan and managing local group coordinators and office staff in the UK, to designing tailored schedules and ensuring a seamless on‑the‑ground experience for students.
