We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our team in Uxbridge.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 40 hours (7am - 3:30pm)

Location: Denham, Uxbridge, UB9 5HJ

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen operations for a high‑end, newly built restaurant space
  • Plan and deliver high‑quality, plated cuisine in a fast‑paced environment
  • Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control
  • Ensure all food is prepared to a consistently high standard
  • Support menu development aligned with a modern, premium concept
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
  • Start by managing a small team (1-2), growing with the site

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in fast‑paced, high‑quality environments (e.g. premium QSR like Leon)
  • Commercially aware with a strong focus on service speed and quality
  • Experience in workplace catering is a bonus, but not essential
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a brand‑new, evolving concept
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow teams
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and excited by a flagship opening
