About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Head Chef who can run a flagship kitchen today, while helping shape where it goes next. You'll take full ownership of the food offer and kitchen operation at one of our flagship London sites, while also playing a genuine role in shaping menus that draw on global flavours, modern trends and the best produce around. It's a rare mix of hands-on leadership and creative input, ideal for a chef who wants to build something, not just run it. You'll lead and develop a talented brigade, build a kitchen culture people want to be part of, and hold food quality as a priority.
