Salary: £45,000 + 10% bonus based on exceeding budget

Location: Old Royal Naval College, London

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday with weekend work required based on events, 42.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and motivate a sales team of three, including two Sales Coordinators and one Sales Executive, ensuring targets are achieved and exceptional client service is delivered.
  • Provide strategic leadership across all sales, marketing and communications activities, driving revenue growth.
