Location: Royal College of Pathologists, London, E1 8QT
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday between 8:00-18:00, 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Respond to incoming MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) inquiries via phone and email, aiming to maximize conversion rates. Lead and develop a team of 17 colleagues, including a Senior Sales Executive, two Sales Executives, chefs and front-of-house team members, promoting a high-performance culture and ensuring exceptional event delivery and guest experiences.
- Business Development: Proactively generate leads, cold call, and network to build a robust pipeline of new corporate clients.
