Role Overview
As Retail Floor Manager, you will oversee daily operations across our catering units, ensuring excellent retail presentation, smooth customer flow, and full compliance with health and safety standards. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless and memorable visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Unit Presentation: Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing catering units and displays.
- Queue Management: Optimize customer flow to minimize waiting times during peak periods.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and support staff, addressing any issues and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Administration: Accurately complete sales, inventory, and health and safety paperwork, including daily reports for clients.
- Compliance: Manage allergen matrices, HACCP sheets, and general health and safety requirements based on current menus.
- Customer Service: Promptly resolve inquiries and complaints to uphold high service standards.
