We are recruiting a Chef/Cook for a prestigious new city centre office development in Edinburgh.
Rate of Pay: £28,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday Daytime)
Location: Edinburgh, EH3
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality food for breakfast and lunch services, catering for around 1,200 employees
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing and developing a team of 11 chefs
- Delivering a varied food offer including Classic British, European and Global Fusion dishes, along with pizza, pasta, deli and street food concepts
- Recording and reducing food waste levels
- Supporting with all kitchen organisation, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
