Salary: £37,500 per annum
Location: LS10 1AB
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and strong commercial focus.
- Deliver a consistent "wow factor" experience with high-quality food and service.
- Manage daily operations for up to 200 covers per day.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of 5 staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback effectively.
- Control costs, including labour, stock, and waste.
- Maintain food safety and health & safety standards at all times.
- Monitor stock, manage ordering, and reduce wastage.
