We're looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract , leading an exciting new high-end opening.
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 pro rata
Location: London
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (3-6 month fixed term contract)
Key Responsibilities:
Play a key part in the successful launch of an exciting new high-end hospitality opening .
Deliver an exceptional level of service, creating a memorable experience for every guest.
Help set and maintain high standards across service, food, presentation and the overall guest experience.
Support the day-to-day running of a busy, premium hospitality operation.
Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and consistent service from day one.
Build strong relationships with guests and provide a warm, professional and personalised approach.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, health & safety and food safety.
Bring energy, attention to detail and a hands-on approach to a fast-paced environment.
Support the team through the opening period, helping establish strong ways of working and service standards.
Be part of building the reputation of an exciting new destination and delivering a consistently high-end experience.
