About the role
We're currently recruiting a Cafe Manager to join Vacherin on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, days.
You'll run a busy food service operation, bringing out the best in your team and making sure every customer gets great food and service.
What you'll do
Managing our catering teams to keep delivering impeccable food and customer service
Overseeing the catering operation, including weekly business returns, budgets and action plans
Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front so everyone can excel
Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams

About you
Our ideal Cafe Manager will:
Have previous management experience in a similar role
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
