Kitchen Assistant Monday - Friday

Location: SE1 2AU

Rate of Pay: £30,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week , 7:00am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs by washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients, and preparing basic dishes as needed
• Keep kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitised in line with hygiene standard
• Dispose of food waste and recycling properly, and ensure bins are emptied regularly
• Receive, unpack, and store deliveries, checking for quality and expiration dates
• Washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring all equipment and areas are sanitized to maintain a safe working environment
