Location: Guinness Open Gate Brewery London, Old Brewers Yard, Covent Garden, London

Salary: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience

Working Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week - 8am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm, 3/4pm to 11pm

About Us: Guinness is returning to central London with the highly anticipated Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Covent Garden - a stunning, multi-level destination celebrating the very best of brewing, food and hospitality. The venue will feature a working microbrewery, experiential bars, and elevated dining inspired by both Guinness heritage and modern London culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, supporting your section efficiently during busy services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain consistency, creativity and quality across all menus.
  • Uphold kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergen standards - ensuring full compliance at all times.
  • Contribute ideas for menus, specials and beer pairings as we develop a distinctive Guinness food identity.
  • Help train and support Commis Chefs and new team members, sharing knowledge and maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
  • Be involved in the pre-opening phase - from tastings and menu trials to the official launch.
