Location: London, EC4M 7RD

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, shifts range between: 07:30am - 16:00pm, 08:30am - 17:00pm & 10:30am - 19:00pm (not often but when required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening the pantry
  • Open business lounge
  • Check the booking system and update the kitchen team on any changes from the previous day
  • Planification of the business day
  • Weekly meeting with internal service team
  • Placing orders
  • Checking deliveries
  • Follow health and safety procedures
  • Stock take
  • Manage events in absence of manager or as required
  • Working close to the event team to deliver VIP events
  • Creating quotes
  • Training and development of the team
  • Overview of the hospitality service
