Location: EC2V 7QP.
Salary: £40,000 per annum for 40 hours per week plus 1.5 overtime and additional client bonus
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 8/9am to 4/5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 6-10pax. Provide ongoing support and development for staff.
- Planning and Execution: Develop and implement catering event plans, including menus, timelines, and logistics. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown. Manage food and beverage production, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Financial Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability. Monitor financial performance and identify strategies to maximise revenue.
- Client Service and Relations: Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Ensure high-quality food and service to meet guest expectations within function spaces which include 20 meeting rooms, auditorium space for 350pax, terrace space for 200pax. Maintain relationships with clients.
Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager from B&I workplaces or within hotels to run our hospitality department and launch a brand new suite. This is an exciting position for a people-focused manager who is keen to work in a lovely environment and work with cross-functional departments such as reception and cleaning. We are looking for a hands-on manager to lead from the front.
