We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef.
Location: Lloyds Banking Group Head Office - Birmingham City Central
Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)
About The Role: We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept launching at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer will feature weekly hot counter "Pop Ups" including dishes from our Pizza station & Rotisserie station, along with a Fresh Baked Goods Chef's table and daily office hospitality menus.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standards
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to customers
- To ensure all ingredients are available for the menus
- To develop and plan menus aligned with client and customer expectations
- To be creative in menu planning, involving clients and customers
- Managing a team of 5 Chefs
- Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standards
- Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team
- Provide feedback and coaching on performance
- Ensure the kitchen team completes up-to-date COSHH and Food Hygiene training
